Well it simply means that we have a commercial office at out disposal where we are able to keep a small amount of stock and where you can talk to a real person and, most importantly, go for a test ride that simply isn't possible from any other online retailer. It also means the costs associated with a commercial office don't have to be recouped by the business because... well because it's not actually costing Watt-A-Ride anything to share the space. You win! In this situation, I guess it really is a case of it's not what you know but who you know....
